Willard Ray Stevens, 72, Snow Hill, transitioned, Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.

A wake will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023, from 5 PM to 7 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, March 25, 2023, at 12:00 Noon at the Victory & Dominion Outreach Center in Snow Hill. Interment will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023, at 12:00 Noon at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro.
