Rosa L. Hill Williams, 71, Snow Hill, died on Friday, July 20, 2018, at Lenoir UNC Health Care.  A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, from 7 PM to 8 PM at St. James AME Zion Church in Snow Hill. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at 1 PM at the St. James AME Zion Church, 403 W. Harper St., Snow Hill.  Reverend Jerome Frasier will be doing the eulogy. Interment will follow in the St. James AME Zion Church Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Croxton Williams of Snow Hill, NC, daughter, Katina Williams of Union, New Jersey, brother, Raymond Hill, Jr. of Snow Hill, NC, and sister, Bettie Hooker of Snow Hill, NC. A host of other relatives and friends.
