Robert Earl Briggs, 52, of Snow Hill, NC died on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at Vidant Health Care Center. Please wear a face mask and practice social distancing.

A walk-in viewing will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the funeral home chapel. The graveside rites will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021, at  1:00 PM  at Shady Grove Lodge Hall Cemetery. Pastor Arnold D. Darden will be officiating.

He is survived by his brothers, Jerry Darden, Kinston, NC, Willie Briggs, Snow Hill, NC, Elder Arnold D. Darden, Hookerton, NC, Ray Allen Darden, New Jersey, sisters, Audrea Briggs, Greenville, NC, Katherene Briggs, Hookerton, NC, Patricia Briggs, Walstonburg, NC, Arleen McCotter, Hookerton, NC, and Vanessa Lee, Kinston, NC.  A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
