Reverend Dianne McCotter Sturdivant, 73, Snow Hill transitioned at ECU Health Medical Center on Sunday, March 3, 2024.  There will be a walk-in viewing held on Friday, March 8, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life service will be held on March 9, 2024, at 12:00 Noon at the St. Delight MB Church in Walstonburg. Reverend Dr. Anthony Worrells will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Shady Grove FWB Church Cemetery in Snow Hill.

She is survived by her son, Johnny Sturdivant, Woodlawn, MD, daughter, Krissy Ann Orr, Snow Hill, sister, Barbara Henderson, Snow Hill. A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
