Patricia Faye Suggs Darden, 78, Snow Hill, transitioned, Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at her residence. A wake will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life service will be held Wednesday, October 4,  2023 at 1:00 PM  at Mount Zion AME Zion Church.  Interment will follow in the Thomas Dunn Family  Cemetery in Hookerton, NC.

 She is survived by her husband, Jesse James Darden, Snow Hill, NC, daughters, Tecshkia "Candee" Lewis, Fayetteville, NC, Keyatta "Cricket" Anderson, Greensboro, NC, sisters, Cassandra Staton, Hookerton, NC, and Phyllis Sawyer, Hookerton, NC. A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
