Otis Rudolph Duncan, 66, of LaGrange, NC, died on Monday, December 21, 2020, at UNC Lenoir Health Care in Kinston, NC. Please wear your face mask and practice social distancing. A viewing will be held on Sunday, December 27, 2020, from 5 PM to 6 PM at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside rites will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at 2 PM at Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife Pastor Marlene Duncan, LaGrange, NC, sons, Dexter Duncan, Bridgeport, CT, Carlos Duncan, Goldsboro, NC, Devone Duncan, Winterville, NC, Charles Duncan, Wilson, NC, daughter, Pekolia Williams, Goldsboro, NC, brother, Olan Duncan, sister, Hazel Bunch, Charlotte, NC. A host of other relatives and friends.
