Mary Ida Cogdell 79, of Bronx, NY, died on Friday, April 29, 2020, at Montefiore Hospital in Bronx, NY.  Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2020, at 2 PM at S.Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Snow Hill, NC. Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Lodge Hall Cemetery in Snow Hill, NC.

She is survived by her daughters, Julie Sastre, of Bronx, NY, Dianne Cogdell, of Bronx, NY, Vicky Boston, of Clarkville, TN, sisters, Lois Cogdell Hester, of Bronx, NY, Frances C. Harris, of Kinston, NC, Veronica Marshall, of Pink Hill, NC, and Annie D. Bethea, of Atlantic City, NJ. A host of other relatives and friends.
