Liza Jane Wade Fortune, 67, Snow Hill died Monday, May 13, 2019, at residence. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019, from 7 PM to 8 PM at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at 1 PM at Rouse's Abundant Life Ministries. Interment will follow in the Snow Hill Cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Joe Nathan Wade of Havelock, NC, James Thomas Wade of Snow Hill, NC, Tammy Renee Wade of Maryland, and Tisa Nicole Wade Bumpers, of Suffolk, Va, brothers, James Earl Wade of Kinston, NC, Ricky Donnell Wade of Kinston, NC, Herman Wade of Maury, NC, John Alfred Wade of Warsaw, NC, Ralph Wade of Wilson, NC, and Bobby Fleming of Philadelphia, sisters, Hazel Braswell of Snow Hill, NC, Betty Williams of New York, Jackie Battle of Snow Hill, NC, Pauline Lanier of Snow Hill, NC, Shirley Johnson of Wilson, NC, and Lane McKinney of New Jersey.
