Larry Cornelle Harper, 71, Kinston, died Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at ECU Health Medical Center. Funeral arrangements are pending.  Please practice social distancing and wear your face masks. A walk-in viewing will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.  The graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at 12:00 PM at the Shady Grove Lodge Hall Cemetery. 

He is survived by his sons, Larry Cornelle Harper, Jr., New Mexico, Timothy Smith, California, and daughter, Rita Holliman, LaGrange, NC, and special cousin, Wanda Coples, Greenville, NC, sister, Gloria Harper, Snow Hill, NC, grandchildren, Timia Harper, Ryechic Harper, Yasnae Harper, Elijah Smith, Jurne Smith, Malchi Smith, Lazaro Harper, and Lucus Harper. A host of other relatives and friends.
