Kennie  Earl Jones, 67, Hookerton, transitioned, Sunday, May 7, 2023 at his residence. A walk-in viewing will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023, from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Snow Hill. Elder Hansel Suggs will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Lodge Hall Cemetery in Snow Hill.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Blow Jones, Hookerton, NC, sons, Titus Blow, LaGrange, NC, Joshua Jones, Kinston, NC, Marquez Jones, Raleigh, NC, Daughters, Kinequa Blow, Snow Hill, NC,  Neferteria Green, Kinston, NC, brothers, Jesse Jones, Wilson, NC, Thurman Lee Jones, Woodbridge, VA, David Jones, Snow Hill, NC, Clinton Jones, Hookerton, NC, Linton Jones, Hookerton, NC, Tony Jones, Kinston, NC, Gary Jones, Kinston, NC, Greg Jones, Snow Hill, NC, sisters, Brenda Jones, Kinston, NC, Linda Adams, Grifton, NC, and Wendy Harrington, Raleigh, NC.
