Joyce M. Mills, 67, Snow Hill, died Monday, December 9, 2019, at Vidant Health Center. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at 1 PM at New Christian Fellowship Center. Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Lodge Hall Cemetery. She is survived by her children, Sharun Rodell Mills, of Snow Hill, NC, Ralphell Lewis Mills, of Snow Hill, NC, Misty Mills, of Hookerton, NC, brother, Preston Dixon, of Snow Hill, NC, sisters, Janet Edwards, of Snow Hill, NC, Gaynell Suggs, of Snow Hill, NC, and Lucy Suggs, of Snow Hill, NC. There will be a wake one hour before the service. Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Lodge Hall. A host of other relatives and friends.
