Jo-Ann Mitchell Morris, 80, Conyers, GA, "formerly of Greene County, NC" transitioned at Conyers Assisted Living Home in Conyers, GA on Friday, May 17, 2024.   A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Dr. Leccie R. Edwards will be officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Delight Cemetery in Walstonburg, NC.

She is survived by her daughter, Annie Marie Morris, sons, Alvin Moris, Bronx, NY, sister, Inez Virginia Ray, Snow Hill, NC, brothers, Bill Carson Mitchell, Mount Vernon, NY, Leamon McCoy Mitchell, Conyers, GA, Alton Julius Mitchell, Walstonburg, NC, Colvyn Gene Mitchell, Poughkeepsie, NY, Chester Ray Mitchell, Snow Hill, NC.  A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
