Helen Virginia Smith Aytch, 66, of LaGrange, NC, died on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at her residence. Please wear a face mask and practice social distancing. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 2 PM at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. There will be a wake one hour prior to the service.  Interment will follow in the Snow Hill Cemetery. 

She is survived by her children, Shawanna Smith, LaGrange, NC, Kenya Smith, Snow Hill, NC, Shamina Suber, Newark, NJ, brothers, Truman Smith, Ayden, NC, Marvin Smith, Ayden, NC, sisters, Pavella Smith, Maury, NC, Bobbie Smith, Ayden, NC, Mary Evans, Maury, NC, Joyce Suggs, Snow Hill, NC, Ruby Jean Carter, and Fannie Aviles, Ayden, NC. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
