Enedine Vargas Torres,  45, Richlands transitioned at Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville on Friday, February 23, 2024. There will be a viewing on Friday, March 1, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 3:00 pm at the Garcia Bustos Family Cemetery 1060 Parkstown Rd. LaGrange, NC 28551. Interment will follow the service.
