Elverta Turnage Sauls, 86, Snow Hill, died, Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Wayne UNC Health Care. Please practice social distancing and wear your face masks.

On Friday, January 28, 2022, a walk-in viewing will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. On Saturday, January 29, 2022, the funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM at the Washington Branch FWB Church in Snow Hill. Interment will follow in the Sauls Memorial Cemetery in Snow Hill.
She is survived by her son, Cain Douglas (Debra) Sauls, Snow Hill, NC, brothers, Don Turnage, Snow Hill, NC, Larry Turnage, Snow Hill, NC, sisters, Pearlie Turnage, Snow Hill, NC, Emma Jean Baker, Baltimore, MD. A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
