Douglas Earl Artis, 64, Hookerton, transitioned at his residence on Tuesday, February  4, 2025. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 2:00 pm at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.  He is survived by his mother, Helen Artis; daughter, Tiarre Dixon; brother, Jerome Artis; sisters, Linda Artis, Carolyn Artis, and Elaine Artis; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
