Dorothy Mae Peterson  79, Snow Hill, died on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018, from 6 PM to 7 PM at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018, at 12 PM at Antioch Church of Christ, 439 Ormondsville Rd. Hookerton, NC.  Interment will follow in the Snow Hill Cemetery in Snow Hill.

She is survived by her children, Douglas Peterson of Jacksonville, NC, Danny Peterson of Snow Hill, NC, Marvin Peterson of Kinston, NC, Norkola Peterson of Snow Hill, NC,  Edward Jones of Snow Hill, brother Rufus Reid, and sister, Janet Edwards of Snow Hill.
