Doris Jean Hill Ward 55, LaGrange, NC, died Monday, February 4, 2019, at UNC-Chapel Hill Hospital.  A visitation will be held on Friday, February 15, 2019, 6 PM to 7 PM  at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019,  at 2 PM at Victory and Dominion Outreach Center in Snow Hill, NC. Interment will follow in the Hines Cemetery in LaGrange, NC.

She is survived by her children, Laquetta Hill of LaGrange, NC, Dana Rouse of Snow Hill, NC, Octavus Ward of LaGrange, NC, Keith Ward of Snow Hill, NC, Terrence Rouse of LaGrange, NC, Larry Hill of Stantonsburg, NC, Desmond Rouse of LaGrange, NC, and Roderick Rouse of Snow Hill, NC, sisters, Celestine Rouse of Greenville, NC, Sara Hill of Greenville, NC, and Mary Hill of Snow Hill, NC, and a brother, Ricky  Hill of Snow Hill, NC. A special friend Larry Rouse of Wilson, NC. A host of other relatives and friends.
