David Lee Davis, 69, Snow Hill, transitioned on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at UNC Health Wayne. There will be a one-hour viewing before the service. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 12:00 noon at the Holy Temple Tabernacle in Snow Hill. Elder Edna Hooker Hall will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Browntown Memorial Gardens in Snow Hill. He is survived by his special friend, Charlene Best, sons, Tony Hall, Michael Pender, David Davis, Jr., William Gardner, Malcolm Stanley, daughters, YoKender Barnes,Sophia Davis, Ashley Gardner, and Shon Best, sisters, Dorothy Smith, Rosetta Williams, Barbara Davis, Carol Davis, Brenda Bowden, Emma Swinson, Malissa Davis, and Shirley Davis, brother, Linwood Davis.
