Darius Edwards, Sr., 71,, Snow Hill, transitioned, Sunday June 18, 2023, at his residence. A walk-in viewing will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 2:00 pm at the Bryan Holy Tabernacle Church in Snow Hill. Pastor Richard Darden will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Wade Cemetery in Snow Hill. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Wade Edwards, Snow Hill, NC, daughter, Nicole Edwards, Wilson, NC, son, Darius Edwards, Jr., Snow Hill, NC, brother, Carless Edwards, Sr., Wilson, NC, sisters, Annie Palmore, Atlanta, GA, and Minnie Jones, Atlanta, GA. A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
