Christine Edwards Dunn, 77, of Newport News, VA, "formerly of Greene County" died on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News, VA. Please wear your face mask and practice social distancing. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at 1:00 PM at S. Connor Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Edwards Family Cemetery in Walstonburg.

She is survived by her daughters, Debra  Kay Dunn, Greenville, NC, Damika R. Dunn Frazier, Newport, News, brother, Theodore D. Dunn, Greenville, NC, sisters, Ernestine Suggs, Snow Hill, NC, Geraldine Shackleford, Snow Hill, NC, Beulah Albritton, Snow Hill, NC, and Carrie Sanders, Farmville, NC. A host of other relatives and friends.
