Charlotte Lorraine Steppe Dooms, 80, Goldsboro (Formerly of Charlottesville, VA) transitioned on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at her residence. There will be a walk-in viewing on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 12:00 noon at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The interment will be held on April 19, 2025 at Mount Olive Baptist  Church Cemetery in Charlottesville, VA.

She is survived by her sons, Vincent A. Dooms (Kyatta), Goldsboro, NC, Daryle A. Dooms, brothers, Earl Steppe, Gary Steppe, Timothy Steppe, Reginald Steppe, sisters, Georgie Barbour, Annette Jackson, and Jackie Martin. And a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
