Charlie Bernard Shackleford, 67, Winterville transitioned, Monday, March 27, 2023 at Greendale Forest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Snow Hill. A walk-in viewing will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 5PM to 6PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the St. James AME Church Cemetery.
