Arthur Edward Dixon, Jr., 73, of Snow Hill, NC, died on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at his residence. Please wear a face mask and practice social distancing. There will be a walk-in viewing on Friday, July 23, 2021, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 12 PM  at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Rev. Jerome Frazier will be officiating. There will be a one-hour wake prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Snow Hill Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Clara S. Dixon, Snow Hill, NC, mother, Edrena Dixon, Snow Hill, NC, daughter, Deborah S. Edwards, Washington, NC, brothers, Norris Dixon, Snow Hill, NC, Harry Bridges, Kinston, NC, James Bridges, Kinston, NC, Jimmy Cobbs, Fayetteville, NC, sisters, Lorraine Adams and Dalphine Clack. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
