A wake will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021, from 7 PM to 8 PM at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at 11 AM at Victory & Dominion. Interment will follow in the Snow Hill Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Tyrone Searles, District Heights, MD, daughters, Carlene Akins, Fort Washington, MD., brother, Roosevelt Speight, Camp Springs, MD, and sister Bertha Speight, Washington, DC. A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
